The Role of MEP Project Engineer

The MEP Project Engineer is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to the planning, coordination, and supervision of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works within facility management projects. The engineer ensures that all activities align with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing technical drawings and specifications for MEP systems.
• Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
• Monitoring project progress against established schedules and budgets.
• Conducting regular site inspections to oversee work quality and compliance.
• Verifying the quality of installation and maintenance activities for MEP components.
• Supporting troubleshooting efforts for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Preparing technical reports, documentation, and project updates.
• Supporting the procurement process for necessary materials and equipment.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of facility operations.

Work Environment
