Role Overview

Move One is seeking a Move Coordinator to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to managing the comprehensive process of household goods relocations for clients, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

Position Purpose

The primary purpose of the Move Coordinator is to manage all stages of household goods relocations, from origin to destination. This involves ensuring on-time delivery, maintaining cost efficiency, and achieving high customer satisfaction. The Move Coordinator serves as the dedicated primary point of contact for clients throughout the entire moving process.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for clients, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring all inquiries are responded to within 24 hours.
• Coordinate and monitor all aspects of moves, including packing, transport, storage, customs clearance, and final delivery.
• Prepare essential documentation such as shipping instructions, customs forms, and invoices, ensuring full compliance with company procedures and international relocation standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipment statuses using internal and external systems, proactively communicating any potential delays or changes to relevant parties.
• Handle service disruptions, claims, and exceptions in a prompt and professional manner.
• Collaborate with vendors, Sales, Finance, and Billing departments to ensure accurate invoicing and facilitate the collection of prepayments from customers prior to service delivery.

Required Experience
