About the Role at Aggreko

Aggreko is seeking a Multiline Sector Sales Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is focused on driving significant revenue growth across diverse industry sectors.

Role Purpose and Scope

The specialist will employ a versatile sales approach, encompassing both new business development and the expansion of existing accounts across multiple industry sectors. Key responsibilities include deep technical discovery, collaborative solution development, and building multi-level stakeholder relationships throughout varying sales cycles. The role involves managing opportunities from short-term solution rentals to complex, multi-year long-term solutions, requiring adaptability and a diverse skill set.

Core Responsibilities

  • Tailor messaging effectively from operational to executive level audiences across diverse industry sectors.
  • Rapidly assess technical requirements and develop appropriate solutions across varying complexity levels.
  • Balance resources between immediate transactions and long-term strategic opportunities.
  • Demonstrate solution value in relevant business terms to diverse stakeholders across multiple industries.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders from operational managers to C-suite executives.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and forecasts across both short-term and long-range pipeline opportunities.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience, with a proven track record in B2B sales environments. The role requires the ability to navigate various sales scenarios and build strong professional relationships.

Key Qualifications and Skills

  • A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets across diverse B2B sales environments (2+ years).
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully navigate both rapid, high-volume sales and longer-term opportunities.
  • Experience developing relationships with stakeholders ranging from operational managers to C-suite executives.
  • A history of selling technical products that require on-site assessment and customization to address customer needs.
  • Experience in relevant sectors such as power generation, equipment rental, industrial services, or events management.
  • Ability to rapidly learn and adapt to different industry requirements and business models.
