Net Revenue Management Assistant Manager Role

Arla Foods is seeking a Net Revenue Management Assistant Manager (NRM) to support the NRM agenda in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves identifying and supporting initiatives across pricing, promotion, pack, and mix strategies to drive sustainable value creation. The role reports to the Senior NRM Manager, KSA.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of NRM strategies across price, pack, promotion, and mix levers to identify profitable growth opportunities.
Conduct in-depth data analysis using internal and external sources to identify margin enhancement opportunities and commercial efficiencies.
Assist in promotion effectiveness evaluations, providing insights to optimize frequency, depth, and ROI of trade investments.
Build and maintain performance dashboards and analytical tools to enable data-driven decision-making.
Partner with Category, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure alignment between NRM insights and commercial plans.
Drive a one-commercial mindset, promoting collaboration and embedding NRM thinking across the business.

Qualifications and Experience

A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
5-10 years of experience in FMCG, preferably within commercial finance, category development, revenue management, or analytics.
Strong numerical and analytical skills combined with a commercial mindset.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with data visualization tools (*, Power BI) is an advantage.
Familiarity with retail audit or Nielsen data is an advantage.
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to translate complex analysis into clear business recommendations.
