Key Responsibilities

• Manage nightly audits and reconciliation processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting and adherence to internal controls.
• Drive financial reconciliation by ensuring complete and accurate posting of the day’s financial activity across all departments.
• Verify the accuracy of financial and credit card transactions and resolve complex discrepancies.
• Analyze and improve processes by identifying reporting anomalies, assessing root causes, and collaborating with department leaders to enhance audit accuracy.
• Support overnight operations, including handling guest issues and assisting in emergency situations as needed.
• Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage financial audits and reconciliation processes.
• Experience in overseeing overnight hotel operations.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
