Occupancy & Space Workstream Lead

About the Role

Jones Lang LaSalle IP, Inc. is seeking an Occupancy & Space Workstream Lead for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role is critical for optimizing the client's real estate portfolio across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The lead will drive workplace and occupancy planning initiatives by analyzing space utilization data, occupancy trends, and planning scenarios to enhance operational efficiency and support the client's strategic real estate objectives, aligning with Vision 2030 transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Occupancy and Workspace Workstream for the client's account in KSA, acting as the primary contact for occupancy planning and space optimization.
• Develop and maintain relationships with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and workplace transformation goals.
• Gather, validate, and establish comprehensive baseline occupancy and workspace data across the client's KSA office portfolio, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with the client and JLL Technology Team on the deployment and optimization of the MREF Platform Module for Occupancy & Space Management.
• Establish and maintain space budgets, stack plans, and test fits for office buildings, supporting space planning initiatives that reflect local market conditions and accommodate future growth.
• Partner with portfolio management, data analytics, and technology teams to provide integrated insights for informed space decision-making.
• Proactively identify available space opportunities, consolidation potential, and optimization scenarios, developing and evaluating multiple planning scenarios.
• Monitor occupancy levels, utilization trends, and space efficiency metrics, developing regular reporting dashboards for client leadership.
• Maintain, interpret, and analyze data related to employee locations and shared workspace utilization to inform strategic recommendations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in occupancy planning, space management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with technology platforms for occupancy and space management is preferred.
• Understanding of real estate portfolio optimization and workplace strategy.
