About the Role: Operations Manager – Cars

Soum is seeking an Operations Manager – Cars to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing the end-to-end car operations, from intake to final handover, to ensure efficiency. The Operations Manager will lead the Cars Operations team, implement process improvements, and ensure that operational targets and service levels are consistently met. The role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end operational car journey, ensuring smooth execution across all stages.
• Establish clear ownership, processes, and escalation paths within the operation.
• Address and resolve operational escalations and critical issues.
• Align operational capacity with business growth and demand.
• Lead and manage the Cars Operations team across various functions and locations.
• Develop team capabilities and set clear expectations for performance.
• Set and monitor operational KPIs, SLAs, productivity, and quality standards.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Continuously improve efficiency, turnaround time, quality, and customer experience.
• Monitor operational performance and provide regular reporting and insights.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply, Data, Finance, and other relevant teams.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Strong experience in operations management, preferably within the automotive, marketplace, logistics, or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience in managing and developing operational teams.
• Ability to build, improve, and scale operational processes.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Data-driven approach with a solid understanding of operational KPIs and performance management.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
