About the Role

Soum is seeking an Operations Manager, Cars to lead and manage the end-to-end car operations. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 5-10 years of experience. The role involves ensuring a smooth and efficient car journey from intake to final handover, leading the Operations team, improving processes, and consistently achieving operational targets and service levels.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end operational car journey, ensuring smooth execution across all stages.
Establish clear ownership, processes, and escalation paths within the operation.
Resolve operational escalations and critical issues.
Align operational capacity with business growth and demand.
Lead and manage the Cars Operations team across various functions and locations.
Develop the team, set clear expectations, and build capability across the operation.
Set and monitor operational KPIs, SLAs, productivity, and quality standards.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
Continuously improve efficiency, turnaround time, quality, and customer experience.
Monitor operational performance and provide regular reporting and insights.
Coordinate with Sales, Supply, Data, Finance, and other relevant teams.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in operations management.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
Proven track record in process improvement and achieving operational targets.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a fast-growing startup environment focused on innovation in the e-commerce sector.
