About the Role

Aventus is seeking an experienced Oracle Techno-Functional HCM-EBS specialist to join a client engagement in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position for an initial three-month period, with potential for renewal. The role requires on-site presence in Riyadh and offers an opportunity for a hands-on Oracle expert to contribute immediately.

Role Overview

As an Oracle Techno-Functional SME, you will serve as a bridge between HR business processes and Oracle technical implementation. This involves providing subject matter expertise across configuration, troubleshooting, and database-level support for Oracle HR modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide techno-functional support for Oracle HR modules.
• Perform hands-on Oracle Database (Oracle DB) work, including queries, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with HR and technical teams to resolve issues and optimize processes.
• Support configuration, testing, and issue resolution across the Oracle HR landscape.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience (5-10 years) as an Oracle Techno-Functional SME in HR/HCM.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Database (SQL, PL/SQL, troubleshooting).
• Solid understanding of HR business processes within Oracle systems.
• Solid knowledge in EBS.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh for the full contract duration.
• Immediate or short-notice availability (already holding IQAMA).
