About the Order Taker Role

Courtyard by Marriott in Riyadh is seeking an Order Taker to join our full-time team. This role is open to Saudi nationals only and is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The primary purpose of this position is to contribute to a memorable and unique guest experience by maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Stocking carts with necessary supplies for daily operations.
• Cleaning rooms and public spaces to uphold hotel standards.
• Performing other similar responsibilities to ensure hotel spaces contribute to a positive guest experience.

Physical Requirements

This role requires a hands-on approach and involves significant physical activity. Candidates must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. The position also requires the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
