Role Overview

Hilton is seeking an Order Taker to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is a vital part of the hotel's operations, responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and quality of all linens, towels, and other textiles used by the hotel. The role plays a key part in delivering memorable guest experiences by ensuring a continuous supply of clean linens and contributing to the overall warmth of hospitality, alongside critical administrative and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle team member and guest requests by delegating them to appropriate individuals and following up to ensure department and hotel standards are met.
• Maintain the computerized Work Order System, including logging, recording, implementation, distribution, and closure of all service requests and work orders.
• Coordinate with the Floor Supervisor team to ensure vacant and ready rooms are available to the Front Office.
• Respond to all emergency calls, including monitoring the alarm system.
• Dispatch and direct appropriate personnel to locations and notify other departments and the alarm company of situations.
• Coordinate and control all office traffic.
• Present a positive, professional, and courteous image to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain the brand’s high-quality standards.
• Remain calm and perform all essential functions effectively during emergency situations.
• Maintain control of guest supplies, prepare required supplies for requisitions, and handle lost and found items.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience and demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and efficient performance within a dynamic hotel environment. This role requires an individual who can manage multiple tasks and maintain composure, especially during critical situations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Prior laundry or housekeeping experience.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of laundry equipment and chemicals.
