About the Organizational Excellence Specialist Role

We are seeking an Organizational Excellence Specialist to join الرصيص لإدارة الاملاك in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to supporting the Group's organizational excellence initiatives by driving the development and improvement of policies and procedures, monitoring performance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Role Purpose and Impact

The specialist will play a key role in contributing to the implementation of quality management systems and supporting various departments in adopting institutional best practices. This position ensures alignment with the Group’s strategic objectives and contributes directly to enhancing operational efficiency and overall organizational performance across all sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in developing and updating approved policies, procedures, and organizational templates.
• Support the development of work manuals, procedure manuals, and the Delegation of Authority (DOA) Manual in coordination with relevant departments.
• Monitor the implementation of organizational excellence and quality standards across the Group’s sectors and departments.
• Contribute to the development and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare periodic performance reports.
• Analyze internal processes and identify opportunities for improvement and increased operational efficiency.
• Support the implementation of quality management system requirements, such as ISO 9001, and participate in internal audit activities.
• Prepare reports and presentations related to organizational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure standardized work methodologies and proper documentation of procedures.
• Follow up on improvement plans and ensure that observations and recommendations are addressed within the specified timelines.
• Contribute to promoting a culture of quality and organizational excellence among employees.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this full-time role should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in organizational excellence, quality management, or a related field. A strong understanding of policy and procedure development, performance monitoring, and quality management systems like ISO 9001 is essential.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify process improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with various departments.
• Proficiency in developing, documenting, and implementing policies and procedures.
