About IASO Biotechnology

IASO Biotechnology is seeking an Overseas Local Key Account Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for professionals with 2-5 years of experience.

Role Summary

The Overseas Local Key Account Manager acts as a localized front-line force within a joint operational model. This role involves independently developing the local market and establishing native resource networks. Work is executed under a "Region-based + Project-based" mechanism, requiring absolute accountability for the host country's performance under the region-based structure, while also addressing key objectives such as local hospital access and distributor partnerships through a project-based approach.

Key Responsibilities

Assume full accountability for performance delivery within the target region, including achieving local sales volumes and expanding market share.
Develop and maintain relationships with core customers in the region, such as hospital management, key department physicians, and distributors, to establish a multi-level local relationship network.
Lead the process of hospital access, qualification, and certification for core hospitals in the region, ensuring compliance with established quality and acceptance standards.
Monitor product registration progress and sales activities of local distributors, oversee the pricing system, and ensure efficient channel operations.

Qualifications and Experience

2-5 years of relevant professional experience.
Demonstrated ability to independently penetrate local markets and build resource networks.
Experience in managing regional accountability and achieving sales targets.
Proven track record in developing and maintaining key customer relationships.
