Job Overview

Qureos is seeking an experienced Palm Tree Supervisor Agriculture to manage daily date palm farming operations. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires strong hands-on experience in date palm cultivation and farm management. The role focuses on overseeing tree health, irrigation, maintenance, and harvesting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily date palm farm operations and activities.
• Monitor palm tree health, growth, and overall plantation condition.
• Manage irrigation, fertilization, pruning, pollination, and harvesting activities.
• Supervise pest and disease control programs.
• Monitor soil conditions and coordinate irrigation and fertigation requirements.
• Supervise farm workers and assign daily tasks.
• Ensure proper pruning, cleaning, thinning, and maintenance of palm trees.
• Monitor fruit development and quality throughout the season.
• Maintain records of farm activities, production, fertilizers, irrigation, and treatments.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of agricultural tools and equipment.
• Follow agricultural, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with farm management to achieve production and quality targets.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in date palm cultivation and farm management. This includes practical experience in overseeing daily farming operations and managing agricultural teams.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working outdoors and supervising agricultural activities directly on the farm.
