PAM Specialist

About the Role

MIS - Al Moammar Information Systems Co. is seeking a PAM Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves managing and maintaining Privileged Access Management (PAM) platforms, ensuring secure access and compliance within the organization's IT infrastructure. The role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain BeyondTrust PAM and Privileged Remote Access (PRA) platforms.
• Onboard and manage privileged accounts across servers, network devices, databases, and applications, ensuring secure credential storage, rotation, and access control.
• Configure remote access for internal users and external vendors, including approvals, session restrictions, recording, and monitoring.
• Maintain integrations with Active Directory and MFA, coordinating with identity, network, security, and infrastructure teams.
• Monitor privileged access, conduct periodic access reviews, and provide reports and evidence for audits.
• Resolve L3 incidents and service requests through ServiceNow, perform root cause analysis, and maintain SLA compliance.
• Manage platform patching, upgrades, and changes through the approved CAB process.
• Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer from the existing service provider.

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in administering and maintaining PAM solutions, specifically BeyondTrust.
• Experience with privileged account management, including credential storage, rotation, and access control.
• Proficiency in configuring and monitoring remote access for various user groups.
• Familiarity with integrations such as Active Directory and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Experience with incident resolution, root cause analysis, and SLA compliance, preferably using ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of change management processes (CAB) for platform patching and upgrades.
