Introduction to The Chefz

The Chefz is a dynamic company operating in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Partnerships Manager.

The Partnerships Manager Role

This full-time position involves leading and managing strategic partnerships with enterprise clients, HR and fintech platforms, and corporate entities. The primary goal is to drive B2B growth and expand the THECHEFZ Business ecosystem through effective collaboration and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with enterprise clients, fintech companies, and corporate platforms.
  • Lead end-to-end partnership negotiations, deal structuring, and agreement execution.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners (*, SiFi, Tameeni, and others).
  • Develop partnership frameworks, integration roadmaps, and go-to-market plans.
  • Collaborate with the product and tech teams to define integration requirements and timelines.
  • Manage the full partner lifecycle from prospecting and onboarding to growth and retention.
  • Track, measure, and report partnership performance metrics (GMV, revenue, client acquisition).
  • Represent THECHEFZ Business at external meetings, industry events, and conferences.
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, verticals, and distribution channels.

Required Experience

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience with a proven track record of closing and managing B2B or enterprise-level partnerships.
  • Experience working with fintech, food tech, or enterprise SaaS platforms is a plus.

Essential Knowledge

  • Deep understanding of the Saudi market and corporate ecosystem.
