About the Role

DXC Technology is seeking a PMO Scheduler for Airports to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role is central to the successful delivery of complex, time-critical airport programs, where adherence to fixed milestones such as terminal openings and go-live dates is paramount. The PMO Scheduler will be responsible for developing and maintaining the integrated master schedule, ensuring all workstreams and vendors are aligned towards program objectives.

Role Purpose and Context

The PMO Scheduler - Airports provides essential planning discipline and critical-path insight to guide a complex airport program. This position involves building and maintaining a comprehensive integrated master schedule that supports delivery across all involved workstreams and vendors. The role is critical for steering programs with unforgiving, fixed milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the integrated master schedule, consolidating plans from various workstreams and vendors.
• Baseline the schedule and manage updates, progress capture, and re-baselining under change control.
• Model critical path, float, dependencies, and resource loading; conduct what-if and scenario analyses.
• Produce schedule reports, milestone trackers, critical-path, and slippage analysis for the PMO and leadership.
• Identify schedule risks and conflicts early and support mitigation planning.
• Assure schedule quality and adherence to planning standards across the program.
• Collaborate with workstream leads and vendors to gather reliable progress and forecast data.
• Support the integration of schedule with cost and resource data for earned-value reporting.
