Our technology mirrors our people: Smart, Innovative & Forward Thinking. We are currently seeking a POS Account Executive to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in a full-time capacity.

Role Purpose and Context

The primary purpose of the POS Account Executive is to maintain and strengthen relationships with existing key accounts, specifically medium and large enterprises, within Geidea KSA's sales function. This role also involves actively acquiring new accounts to expand our market presence and contribute to our competitive advantage. Candidates for this position should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present and discuss solution modules, addressing diverse customer requirements across various departments including Operations, Finance, Management, and ITS.
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities for all products.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts.
  • Track and report on sales performance, including the number of POS units and customer explanation plans.
  • Stay updated with new product releases, features, and the product roadmap.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans, including opportunities for upselling other company solutions.
  • Represent Geidea at industry events and conferences.
  • Manage customer accounts, focusing on customer satisfaction, new expansion opportunities, and new business development.
  • Support and coordinate invoicing, collections, follow-ups, and handling new customer requirements.
  • Maintain daily sales forecast reports and be prepared for detailed weekly discussions.
  • Serve as a knowledge source for our solutions among other company departments.

Candidate Requirements

  • A background in business or payments.
  • Technology background or knowledge is preferred.
  • A Fin-Tech course certificate from Harvard University is considered a plus.
  • Extensive experience in closing sales deals.
