The Role of Pre-Sales AI Solution Engineer

OmniOps is seeking a Pre-Sales AI Solution Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires a solid understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI architectures, and AI infrastructure. The position combines hands-on AI solution development, technical pre-sales activities, and direct customer engagement to support enterprise AI opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their specific requirements and propose suitable AI solutions.
Design high-level architectures for Generative AI, RAG, AI agents, and enterprise AI platforms.
Develop and demonstrate AI prototypes, demos, and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) tailored for customer use cases.
Prepare technical proposals, architecture diagrams, RFP responses, and solution presentations.
Support discussions related to AI infrastructure, including GPU accelerators, deployment architecture, and high-level capacity sizing.
Collaborate with sales, engineering, and delivery teams throughout the pre-sales cycle.

Candidate Qualifications

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
Demonstrated understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI architectures, and AI infrastructure.
Ability to translate business requirements into practical AI architectures.
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
Comfortable communicating effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn emerging AI technologies.
