Procurement Accountant

About the Role

Radial is seeking a Procurement Accountant to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing procurement-related accounting transactions, supplier reconciliations, and cost tracking for residential villa construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure the accuracy of financial records and support the company's growing operations.

Role Overview

The Procurement Accountant will be responsible for overseeing financial processes related to procurement within the construction sector. This includes maintaining precise accounting records, monitoring project material costs, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role requires close coordination with various internal teams to streamline operations and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process purchase orders, supplier invoices, and payment requests.
• Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
• Record procurement transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Monitor project material costs and cost centers.
• Ensure VAT compliance and support month-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and project teams.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably within construction or contracting companies.
• Strong understanding of procurement accounting and cost control principles.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
