Role Overview

AECOM is seeking a Procurement Specialist I to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves purchasing supplies and services from vendors in accordance with company standards and specifications, focusing on cost efficiency. The role requires a fundamental understanding of professional procurement concepts.

Key Responsibilities

Purchase supplies and services from vendors at the lowest possible cost, adhering to company standards and specifications, under close or direct supervision.
Assist in the preparation of requests for proposals (RFPs).
Analyze received quotes and participate in vendor selection processes.
Schedule and expedite deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
Follow up on invoices to ensure accurate and timely processing.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
Demonstrated fundamental knowledge of professional procurement concepts.

Work Environment

This role is a full-time position based in Riyadh, operating within a global team environment focused on delivering impactful infrastructure projects.
