Role Summary

OMODA JAECOO KSA is seeking a Product & Compliance Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires an analytical team player to lead a high-performing team. The manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from strategic planning to evaluation, and will collaborate cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and identify new market opportunities.

Product Strategy and Development

• Lead the product lifecycle from initial strategy development through to final evaluation.
• Work cross-functionally with various departments to define and complete product roadmaps.
• Identify and explore new opportunities to enhance the product portfolio and market presence.

Regulatory Compliance and Certification

• Manage product certification processes and related registration applications within the Middle East region.
• Ensure all data operations on the vehicle platform adhere to regulatory requirements and standards.

Vehicle Data Monitoring and Analysis

• Conduct analysis of vehicle parts safety monitoring and early warning data from online platforms.
• Maintain and optimize the early warning and alarm procedures of the vehicles platform to ensure stable operation and accurate results.
• Perform detailed vehicle data analysis based on early warning outcomes, including the extraction and organization of data features.

Reporting and User Engagement

• Compile and publish weekly reports based on data analysis, as required by headquarters.
• Monitor online abnormal data related to user vehicle usage.
• Communicate directly with users to conduct preliminary analysis of reported issues and concerns.

Required Experience and Attributes

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills and a collaborative team-player approach, capable of leading and guiding a high-performing team in a dynamic environment.
