Production Engineer

About the Role

Rose Sweets is seeking a Production Line Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on optimizing and maintaining food manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency and minimizing downtime across production lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation and efficiency of production lines within food manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement solutions to minimize production downtime.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
• Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate activities with the maintenance team.
• Oversee the performance of manufacturing, filling, and packaging equipment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Production Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in production lines, with a preference for experience in food manufacturing.
• Practical, hands-on experience with manufacturing, filling, and packaging equipment.
• Knowledge of industrial control systems, automation, and troubleshooting methodologies.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focusing on on-site production line management within a food manufacturing facility.
