Abunayyan Holding is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to overseeing manufacturing operations and ensuring high standards of production within a dynamic environment.

The Role of Production Supervisor

We are looking for a hands-on leader to manage and optimize production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water treatment, chemical manufacturing, industrial equipment, or process manufacturing, with a focus on driving quality and maintaining safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily production activities to achieve established production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
Lead production teams, ensuring strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and company procedures.
Coordinate effectively with Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and other relevant departments to optimize overall production performance.
Support new product introductions, including testing, commissioning, and implementing continuous process improvements.
Monitor key production performance indicators (KPIs), manage budgets, and enhance operational efficiency.
Develop and mentor production technicians to foster skill enhancement and improve team performance.

Required Experience and Background

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in a production supervision role. A strong background in one of the following sectors is essential: water treatment, chemical manufacturing, industrial equipment, or process manufacturing.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a direct presence within the manufacturing facility to oversee daily operations.
