About the Role

Holool Aloula (NCBS National Company for Business Solutions) is seeking a Project Control Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to monitoring and controlling project financial performance, ensuring effective budget management, cost control, financial reporting, and overall project profitability.

Role Overview

The Project Control Specialist is responsible for the financial oversight of projects, tracking expenditures against budgets, and providing accurate financial reports. This position requires a professional with 2-5 years of experience in finance, project control, or cost control, capable of supporting financial operations and coordinating with various internal teams to maintain financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor project budgets, costs, and expenditures.
• Track actual costs against planned budgets.
• Prepare financial and project performance reports.
• Monitor cash flow and project financial forecasts.
• Support invoicing, payment tracking, and financial reconciliation processes.
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and Project Management teams.
• Ensure accurate financial records and documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• 2–5 years of experience in Finance, Project Control, or Cost Control.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting and financial analysis principles.
• Demonstrated experience in project cost monitoring and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring collaboration with various internal departments to achieve project financial objectives.
