About the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Project Delivery Manager - Data Center to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading the end-to-end delivery of mission-critical data center projects, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality execution aligned with program objectives and commissioning requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and direction across all project phases.
Manage a multi-package delivery model involving EPCs, design consultants, and specialist contractors.
Ensure compliance with Uptime Institute Tier III/IV standards and client-specific technical requirements.
Oversee project controls, risk management, and governance reporting.
Lead stakeholder engagement with clients, authorities, utilities, and internal leadership.
Drive performance across safety, quality, schedule, and cost KPIs.
Support value engineering, change management, and claims resolution.
Ensure readiness for commissioning, integrated systems testing (IST), and operational handover.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
15+ years of experience in project and program management.
At least 10 years of experience in mission-critical or data center environments.
Proven experience in the delivery of large-scale, complex infrastructure or hyperscale data center projects.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of MEP systems, utility coordination, commissioning, and Tier certification processes.
Exceptional team leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities.

Desired Skills

Experience delivering projects in the Middle East or similar regulatory environments.
Familiarity with fast-track delivery models and digital project controls.
Strong commercial acumen and contract management expertise.
