About Tarabut Holding Limited

Tarabut is a regulated open banking platform in the Middle East, holding licenses from SAMA in Saudi Arabia, CBUAE in the UAE, and CBB in Bahrain. The company connects banks, lenders, and fintechs to financial data and payments infrastructure, while also developing embedded finance distribution across the region, including an SME lending business in Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview: Project Manager, Bank Programmes

Tarabut is seeking a Project Manager to oversee bank programmes within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing two to three key programmes concurrently, collaborating with tier-1 Saudi banks to facilitate rapid product deployment. The Project Manager will engage with stakeholders from the C-suite to integration managers, manage client relationships, and work with product and commercial teams to expand these accounts. This position is based in Ar Riyad (Riyadh) and reports to the Chief Strategy Officer, with regular travel required to Jeddah and Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive programme plans, including milestones, dependencies, decisions, and risks.
Serve as the primary point of contact for bank counterparties, owning client relationships.
Organize and lead weekly meetings with bank counterparties, including working groups and steering committees, ensuring actions are closed.
Address programme delays by investigating details and ensuring resolution.
Identify opportunities for programme expansion and translate them into scoped follow-on work.
Manage approval-linked milestones and go-live gates in coordination with the compliance team.
Identify and escalate risks early, providing potential solutions.

First 90 Days Objectives

Establish one programme plan and weekly cadence, adopted by all counterparties.
Successfully deliver the first inherited bank milestone on schedule.
Implement a RAID log that is trusted by both internal and external teams.

Qualifications and Experience

6-10 years of experience in project management.
Delivery experience with banks in the GCC region.
Domain experience in open banking, lending, or payments.
Established relationships within GCC banks.
Proficiency with AI tooling and current understanding of LLM capabilities, applying them to accelerate programme execution while discerning when human review is necessary.
Experience guiding a regulated product through go-live with SAMA or CBB supervised institutions.
