About the Role

Massar Business Solutions is seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Project Manager (Construction) to oversee construction projects from initial planning through to successful completion. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in project management within the construction sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Civil, Architectural, and MEP works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day project execution, from mobilization to final handover.
Coordinate all aspects of Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Firefighting, and Fire Alarm works.
Prepare and continuously monitor project schedules, manpower plans, and material requirements.
Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
Review engineering drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), specifications, and technical submittals prior to execution.
Monitor overall project progress and generate weekly and monthly progress reports.
Ensure all work is executed in strict adherence to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Identify potential project delays proactively and propose practical solutions to maintain established schedules.
Assist in project budgeting, cost monitoring, and variation management processes.
Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to achieve defined project objectives.
Coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely availability of necessary materials and equipment.
Support testing, commissioning, snagging, and the final project handover procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

A strong technical understanding of Civil Works, Architectural Works, and comprehensive MEP Systems (including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Firefighting & Fire Alarm Systems).
Demonstrated ability to accurately read and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Solid understanding of project planning, scheduling principles, and construction methodologies.
PMP Certification is considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
Possession of a valid Saudi Driving License is preferred.
