About RiDiK and the Role

RiDiK, a subsidiary of CLPS (Nasdaq: CLPS), is seeking a Project Manager specializing in Oracle Cloud financial transformation. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and offers the opportunity to work on significant projects within a growing company.

Role Context and Contribution

The Project Manager will support our team in Riyadh, contributing to meaningful projects and collaborating with talented colleagues. This role is suited for individuals who demonstrate initiative, value continuous learning, and thrive in a collaborative work environment, contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead the overall transformation strategy, ensuring alignment with the program's strategic objectives.
Drive and manage the execution of transformation programs, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps, drive operational efficiencies, and enhance customer experience.
Monitor and track program progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
Provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of key milestones and outcomes.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and change management, promoting the adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, ensuring effective communication and alignment.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 10+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in large-scale Oracle Cloud financial transformation initiatives.
Minimum 3+ Cloud Implementation projects in a program manager role within the financial domain, with an overall 15+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Implementations.
Demonstrated proficiency and hands-on experience in the design and implementation of Oracle Financials modules, coupled with an overall understanding of Oracle financial modules.
