Role Overview

Egis is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a pre-contract focus to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of design projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets. The Project Manager will serve as a link between creative teams and stakeholders, managing resources, schedules, and deliverables within an established team.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and clarify project scope, establish timelines, and set budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations with clients and team members, monitoring project progress and adjusting plans as needed.
• Manage and motivate design teams, assign tasks, and provide guidance.
• Keep stakeholders informed on project progress, manage expectations, and address concerns.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and budgets for design initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee the quality of design deliverables to ensure they meet established standards.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Track project expenses and ensure adherence to budget guidelines.
• Implement strategies to manage and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare detailed cost forecasts and budget reports, analyzing variances and identifying trends.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between design teams, marketing, product development, and external agencies.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, using project management software.
• Manage scope changes and potential risks throughout the design project lifecycle, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and implement process improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a pre-contract bias.
• Experience in undertaking cost/commercial management as part of integrated, multi-organization, collaborative teams is preferred.
• Familiarity with quality assurance practices to ensure product functionality.
