Project Manager

About the Role

KONE is seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing the scope, schedule, and budget of assigned projects, ensuring objectives are met within agreed timelines and financial parameters. The Project Manager will oversee coordination with all key internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on continuous collaboration with the customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring delivery within contractual requirements and KONE objectives.
• Ensure KONE business success and customer satisfaction through professional stakeholder management.
• Proactively manage customer communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure integrated project planning and management with customers and KONE full chain teams.
• Manage project deliverables in line with the project plan and ensure continuous full chain project monitoring and control.
• Responsible for successful project start-up, reviews, reporting, and facilitating project governance.
• Effectively communicate project status and progress to KONE management and customers.
• Identify, mitigate, and plan for operational and financial project risks, including contingency and potential recovery actions.
• Accountable for project financial planning, forecasting, cash flow management, and revenue management, including capitalizing on change order opportunities.
• Actively drive Sales-to-Operations handover quality and manage handovers to Customer and Maintenance, as well as project closing activities.
• Maintain a master action log and lessons learned document.
• Plan and ensure sufficient project resourcing and competences.
• Manage and lead the full chain project team.
• Create and maintain safety and security awareness among employees and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to KONE's and customer’s safety and security policies.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, direct, and coordinate project activities to achieve objectives within defined timelines and budgets.
• Proficiency in using approved KONE methodologies and tools for project management.
