Project Manager

About the Role

Accelerec is seeking a Project Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time, permanent position involves leading critical initiatives from conception through to successful completion. The role focuses on driving projects, fostering collaboration, and delivering results within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Manage project execution, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, issues, and milestones.
• Implement and oversee project management methodologies, including Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall, to optimize project delivery.
• Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and Trello to track progress, manage tasks, and document key information.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and minimize potential disruptions.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in project management or a related field.
