About the Psychotherapist Role

Feedback Center is seeking an experienced Psychotherapist to join its team on a part-time, remote basis. This role involves delivering remote psychotherapy sessions with flexible working hours. The compensation model for this position is competitive, offering up to 60% of earnings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual remote psychotherapy sessions using evidence-based approaches (*, CBT, ACT).
• Conduct initial assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
• Assess risk and refer cases according to established protocols.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with center policies and confidentiality standards.
• Utilize outcome measures to track the effectiveness of therapy.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Psychological Counseling, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of clinical experience in psychotherapy.
• Demonstrated experience in providing remote therapy sessions.
• Possession of an active client base and a stable caseload.
• Proficiency in Arabic is required; English proficiency is an advantage.
