About the Role

HRBP Global, a leading international company, is seeking a Public Relations & Communications Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is critical for driving corporate communications, strengthening the company's brand, and enhancing the public profile of the CEO.

Role Purpose

The Public Relations & Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communication plans. This role involves hands-on management of media relations and corporate messaging to ensure consistent and impactful communication across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive public relations and communications strategies.
• Review all press releases and corporate communications materials prior to CEO approval.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key journalists, particularly in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
• Secure high-quality media coverage and identify opportunities for executive thought leadership.
• Manage external PR agencies to ensure exceptional quality and strategic alignment across all communications.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in public relations and corporate communications. A proven track record in media relations, strategic planning, and managing communication initiatives for a leading organization is essential for this role.

Compensation

The salary for this full-time position ranges from SAR 18,750 to SAR 22,500 per month, dependent on experience and qualifications.
