QA/QC Electrical Engineer (Saudi Energy Approval Preferred)

About the Role

Alfanar Projects is seeking a QA/QC Electrical Engineer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience, with a preference for candidates holding Saudi Energy Approval. The role focuses on ensuring quality control and process effectiveness within electrical engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Train subordinates and build an effective team.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates across all work aspects.
• Delegate assignments effectively to subordinates.
• Ensure fair task distribution to maintain team morale and motivation.
• Execute planned activities to meet operational and development targets according to delivery schedules.
• Utilize resources efficiently to achieve objectives within cost and time constraints.
• Prepare periodic reports detailing deviations and the execution of planned tasks.
• Resolve operational problems and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Ensure quality requirements are met to develop effective quality control and processes, including specifications for products, processes, or related activities.
• Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, and procedures, seeking automation opportunities where possible.
• Comply with relevant policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Ensure adherence to relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within the defined work area to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and the delivery of high-quality products/services.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field. Preference will be given to applicants with Saudi Energy Approval, demonstrating a strong understanding of local energy sector standards and regulations.
