About the QSHE Coordinator Role

Almarai is seeking a full-time QSHE Coordinator to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on enforcing compliance with QSHE (Quality, Safety, Health & Environment) management systems within the region. The QSHE Coordinator will implement QSHE strategies, standards, policies, and procedures to meet consumer and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of the Quality, Safety, Health & Environment (QSHE) Management System to exceed customer and consumer expectations.
• Support the identification of business risks and the implementation of divisional QSHE strategies to minimize potential threats to business operations.
• Conduct internal audits across all regional functions in alignment with QSHE management systems, identifying improvement opportunities and recommending corrective actions.
• Assist in incident investigations by performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence. This includes managing consumer and customer complaints, accident investigations, product recalls, and Municipality-related issues.
• Deliver regional technical training to all functional staff regarding QSHE strategies, policies, and procedures.
