About the Role

AJEX is seeking a Quality Compliance and Process Specialist to enhance operational excellence within its logistics organization. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The specialist will ensure that all processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements are consistently met and continuously improved across the company's operations.

Role Context

The successful candidate will work closely with operational teams, the Director of Quality, Compliance and Process, and external auditors. This role is critical for identifying process weaknesses, driving improvements, and maintaining compliance with both internal policies and external regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, document, and maintain quality and process standards (SOPs) across all operational areas.
Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with internal policies, as well as Saudi and international regulations.
Identify process weaknesses and implement concrete improvement measures, including Root Cause Analysis and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Support certification processes and regulatory inspections (*, ISO 9001, SASO, customs, and transport regulations).
Build and maintain KPI dashboards to measure quality and process performance.
Train operational teams on quality standards and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with Operations, Fleet, Warehouse, and HSE departments to ensure consistent standards across functions.
Report to the Head of Quality, Compliance and Process, providing deviation analysis and recommended actions.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in quality, compliance, or process improvement roles.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement quality standards and SOPs.
Experience with internal audits and regulatory compliance.
Familiarity with certification processes such as ISO 9001.

This role involves working within a dynamic logistics environment, collaborating with various operational teams and external stakeholders to uphold and improve quality and compliance standards.
