Trivers is seeking a Real Estate Developer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, offering an opportunity to contribute to real estate projects from their initial stages. The role involves providing essential support to the development team, focusing on the foundational aspects of project planning and execution within a dynamic environment.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The Real Estate Developer supports the real estate development team in the comprehensive planning, analysis, and execution of various real estate projects. This involves conducting crucial market research, assisting with feasibility studies, and managing project documentation. The primary objective is to facilitate necessary approvals and ensure that project timelines are maintained effectively, contributing directly to project progress.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of development briefs, concept notes, and project initiation documents.
Participate in site assessments, due diligence processes, and feasibility studies.
Collect and organize project-specific data, market research findings, and benchmarking information.
Support the development of financial models, business cases, and investment memos.
Maintain organized records of project approvals, design updates, and key decisions.
Assist in preparing regular progress reports and presentation decks for internal stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams, including design, finance, legal, and construction, as well as external consultants, to gather required inputs.
Track development timelines, identify potential delays, and follow up on deliverables.
