About the Role

الرصيص لإدارة الاملاك is seeking a Real Estate Marketing Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on developing and executing marketing strategies for real estate properties and projects.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta, optimizing performance to support leasing activities and increase qualified leads.
Conduct real estate market and competitor analysis, and develop marketing plans for properties and projects.
Manage and develop advertising spaces, market available inventory, and coordinate with advertising agencies and advertisers.
Oversee digital screen and building signage advertising, including content, scheduling, operations, and execution quality.
Manage content and social media channels while maintaining consistent brand identity and visual standards.
Manage property listings and profiles on Google Maps, monitor reviews and responses, and contribute to improving the customer experience.
Execute field marketing activities and coordinate with suppliers, agencies, designers, and other external partners.
Prepare marketing performance reports, measure Return on Investment (ROI), and provide actionable recommendations.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in real estate marketing or a similar field. The position requires a professional who can manage diverse marketing channels and activities effectively.
