About the Role

Ethra For Human Resources Consulting is seeking a Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is responsible for attracting qualified customers and managing the direct sale of ready residential units. The role involves identifying new sales opportunities, presenting residential projects, and guiding customers through the sales process from initial contact to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Attract qualified customers interested in purchasing residential units.
• Identify new sales opportunities and continuously build the customer database.
• Communicate directly with customers, present residential projects, and explain their advantages.
• Conduct property tours for prospective customers.
• Follow up with customers from initial contact until the sale is completed.
• Negotiate with customers and close sales deals effectively.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Update customer information and prepare periodic sales reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma. A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in direct real estate sales.
• Previous experience selling ready residential units is preferred.
• Experience gained with a real estate developer, brokerage company, or real estate marketing company is acceptable.

Compensation

This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from 5,000 to 9,000 SAR, in addition to a commission of * of the property value for successful sales.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
