The Project Context

This role is part of one of the largest programs in Saudi Arabia, located in Riyadh. This project involves a major mixed-use development, encompassing sports facilities, entertainment, arts, and all associated infrastructure. Mace is a delivery partner on this program, seeking experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each project phase.

Role Overview: Reporting Specialist National

The Reporting Specialist National will work full-time in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, supporting the delivery of PMO and Project Controls services. This role operates within the Planning Centre of Excellence, under the guidance of senior professionals, contributing to the implementation of frameworks and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of PMO and Project Controls services across assigned projects within the Planning Centre of Excellence.
• Contribute to the implementation of PMO and Project Controls frameworks and methodologies, including Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Ensure alignment with the Mace Control Centre, client requirements, and relevant governance standards.
• Build effective working relationships with client representatives and support the integration of core disciplines, such as planning and risk management.
• Assist with the preparation of monthly reporting packs, facilitating performance reviews and providing insight on project performance.
• Work collaboratively towards net zero carbon transition, sharing responsibility for proactive identification and management of associated carbon emissions and reductions during work delivery.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
• Progressing toward chartership with a recognized professional body and demonstrating ongoing professional development.
• Proven leadership in PMO and Project Controls on complex projects.
• Demonstrated leadership in health, safety, and wellbeing, delivering measurable outcomes and embedding best practice.
• Strong knowledge and application of relevant legislation within complex organizational environments.
• Effective communication skills with analytical capability and the ability to engage, influence, and build trusted stakeholder relationships.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a team focused on delivering large-scale development projects.
