Parsons Corporation is seeking a Reporting Specialist (Saudi National) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and is integral to a major Airport, Infrastructure, and Airfield Development Project. The successful candidate will support project reporting, performance monitoring, data analysis, and management information activities, ensuring accurate and timely project reports, consolidated data, and meaningful insights for project management and executive decision-making.

Core Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly project reports for project management and client stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project KPIs and contractual requirements.
• Monitor overall project performance, highlighting key achievements, risks, and critical issues, and ensuring reports are accurate, consistent, and delivered within agreed timelines.
• Prepare executive summaries, management presentations, and client reports, ensuring compliance with client templates and project governance requirements.
• Maintain reporting records, project logs, and management documentation, ensuring document version control and information consistency.

Data Management and Visualization

• Collect, validate, and analyze project data from multiple disciplines and stakeholders, verifying accuracy and completeness before reporting.
• Identify trends, variances, and performance indicators, providing meaningful analysis and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visual presentations using charts, graphs, and key performance indicators to monitor project status and support executive reporting.
• Coordinate with Planning and Project Controls teams to capture and report project progress across engineering, construction, procurement, testing & commissioning, quality, and HSE.

Stakeholder Coordination

The Reporting Specialist will work closely with Project Controls, Engineering, Construction Management, Commercial, QA/QC, HSE, Contractors, Consultants, and Client representatives. This involves ensuring project information is consistently captured, analyzed, and communicated across all project workstreams, including passenger terminals, runways, taxiways, cargo aprons, aircraft stands, utilities, external infrastructure, and airport operational facilities. The role requires following up on outstanding reporting inputs and ensuring timely submission of information from all project disciplines.

Process Improvement and Digital Support

• Recommend improvements to reporting processes, templates, and dashboards, and support the automation of reporting activities where possible.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and data quality, contributing to lessons learned and best practices for project reporting.
• Utilize project management and reporting tools to support performance monitoring and assist in integrating reporting with project control systems and digital platforms.
• Support data extraction from project management software, ensuring reporting systems remain updated and reliable, and assist in developing business intelligence solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in project reporting, performance analysis, dashboard development, and data management.
• Demonstrated experience within major infrastructure, aviation, or construction projects.
• Strong analytical skills for data validation, trend identification, and performance indicator analysis.
• Proficiency in developing visual presentations and interactive dashboards.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with diverse project teams and client representatives.
