About the Role

Key Responsibilities

The Reservations Agent will be responsible for a range of duties focused on guest service and booking management. A typical day will include:

Providing professional and prompt customer service to guests and team members regarding inquiries.
Converting guest inquiries into confirmed individual bookings.
Recording and processing all reservations accurately and with attention to detail.
Utilizing proactive selling techniques to maximize room sales by promoting hotel services and upgrades.
Responding to sales inquiries and assisting in identifying potential leads for future business opportunities.
