Role Overview

********* is seeking a Retail Operations Manager SA for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves leading multi-store retail operations across KSA, focusing on sales, profitability, customer experience, and operational excellence. The manager will also ensure team productivity and compliance with KSA regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage sales, revenue, profitability, and key retail KPIs across all stores.
Lead and develop Area/Store Managers and frontline teams.
Ensure consistent store operations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Visual Merchandising (VM), and customer service standards.
Drive optical excellence, including eye-testing quality and overall customer experience.
Manage manpower, rosters, productivity, attrition, and performance of retail staff.
Control inventory, shrinkage, stock availability, and operational costs.
Monitor customer KPIs, address complaints, and ensure service quality.
Support new store openings, expansion initiatives, and location development.
Ensure compliance with KSA regulatory requirements, Saudization policies, and licensing.
Utilize retail data and analytics to identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience and possess a strong background in multi-store/multi-city retail operations within KSA. This role requires a proven track record in driving sales and leading teams effectively.
