About Silqfi and the Role

Silqfi is dedicated to addressing cash flow and trade challenges for businesses across Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a Growth Lead – Retention & Monetization to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to enhancing customer lifetime value and driving sustainable growth for our product, Fina.

Role Overview

The Growth Lead – Retention & Monetization will be responsible for designing and implementing loyalty ladders and monetization loops that ensure customer activity, growth, and repeat engagement with Fina. This role requires a customer-centric and analytical approach, focusing on understanding customer behavior to inform strategies for tiered rewards, lifecycle campaigns, and converting Omni POS users into Fina financing. The position involves building the seller experience in collaboration with the Growth Squad and the Omni Product Team, with a continuous focus on unit economics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Customer Growth Ladder, including tiered rewards.
  • Engage with customers regularly to identify drivers of app usage, repeat usage, loyalty, and churn, integrating these insights into the product roadmap.
  • Develop tiered and gamified reward logic along with trigger-based lifecycle campaigns to increase repeat usage and tier migration.
  • Lead the development of the in-app dashboard in conjunction with the Growth Squad.
  • Model reward costs and unit economics (LTV, churn, margin) to ensure profitable monetization at scale.
  • Increase financed volume as a proportion of total GTV through strategic cross-sell loops.

Required Qualifications

  • 0-1 years of professional experience.
  • A customer-discovery mindset, demonstrating curiosity to understand customer retention, churn, and repurchase drivers.
  • Proficiency with numbers and an intuitive understanding of unit economics.

Distinguishing Skills

  • Capability in modeling with Excel or Google Sheets for calculating reward costs and returns, or a strong willingness to develop this skill.
  • Familiarity with lifecycle messaging tools such as OneSignal, CleverTap, Braze, or MoEngage for designing trigger-based campaigns, or the eagerness to self-learn and master these quickly.
  • Experience in designing tiered or gamified loyalty systems, preferably for B2B users.
