Ninja, a quick-commerce company, is seeking a dedicated Return Team Leader to join its full-time operations in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This role is central to ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of returned products within our fast-paced environment.

The Role of Return Team Leader

The Return Team Leader is responsible for overseeing and managing all return operations. This involves ensuring that all activities comply with company policies and quality standards, while leading and motivating the team to achieve performance targets. The role acts as the main point of contact between the return operations team, warehouse, customer service, and quality departments, facilitating smooth coordination and continuous improvement of the return process.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the returns team responsible for handling damaged and expired products.
• Train staff on proper handling procedures, documentation, and process compliance.
• Develop and implement strategies to streamline return operations for enhanced efficiency.
• Identify and execute process improvements aimed at reducing losses and maximizing product recovery.
• Coordinate effectively with inbound, logistics, and stock control teams to ensure a smooth product return flow.
• Support inter-departmental communication and facilitate issue resolution.
• Conduct regular audits to identify trends related to product damage and expiry.
• Analyze return data to determine root causes and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Negotiate return terms with suppliers and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is considered a plus.
• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the retail industry.
