Role Overview

Accenture is seeking a Sales Capture Senior Manager- AI and Data to lead the origination, qualification, shaping, pursuit, negotiation, and closure of large-scale AI and Data transformation opportunities. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, focuses on helping clients across various industries unlock business value through Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Advanced Analytics, Data Modernization, Cloud Data Platforms, and Intelligent Operations. The role requires a strategic sales leader capable of building trusted executive relationships and driving profitable growth.

Core Responsibilities

Proactively identify and originate new AI and Data transformation opportunities across target accounts.
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders, business leaders, and technology decision-makers.
Develop account growth strategies aligned to client business priorities and industry trends.
Create and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
Develop compelling business cases and orchestrate multidisciplinary teams to win complex deals.

Solution Shaping and Collaboration

Lead opportunity qualification and assess strategic fit, value potential, and win probability for client engagements.
