The Role of Sales Coordinator, Heavy Equipment Rental

The Sales Coordinator for Heavy Equipment Rental serves as a critical link between clients, the sales team, and the maintenance workshop. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focuses on ensuring timely and accurate processing of client requests, from initial inquiry to equipment delivery. The position is essential for maintaining operational efficiency and client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment where quick responses are crucial.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and follow up on rental quotations until approval or closure.
• Generate accurate weekly sales reports, equipment inspection reports, and service reports.
• Coordinate between clients, the sales team, and the maintenance team regarding equipment availability, delivery schedules, and service requests.
• Utilize the maintenance management system, ERP, and diagnostic software to monitor equipment status and service history.
• Manage vendor registration processes for new clients and ensure all company documents are current.
• Respond to client inquiries and track requests from initial contact through to delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.

Work Environment
