About the Opportunity

Remal Al Sharq Investment Company is seeking a Sales Expert Healthcare & Baby Care to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to developing our healthcare and baby care products business within the region.

Role Focus and Product Portfolio

The primary objective of this position is to drive the growth of our healthcare and baby care product lines across Saudi Arabia. The current portfolio includes Baby Care creams and cosmetics, with strategic plans for future expansion into additional product categories.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the development and expansion of the healthcare and baby care products business throughout Saudi Arabia.
• Proactively identify and secure new accounts, establishing and nurturing strong client relationships.
• Strategically develop and optimize sales channels to enhance market penetration and product distribution.
• Contribute to the successful introduction and growth of new products as the portfolio expands.

Required Experience and Background

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of demonstrated sales experience in a relevant field.
• Proven professional background in the healthcare, baby care, cosmetics, or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industries.
• A commercially astute individual with a consistent record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Essential Skills and Market Acumen

• Established and strong relationships with key resellers, wholesalers, and discount retailers within the Saudi Arabian market.
• Demonstrated capability to successfully open new accounts and effectively develop diverse sales channels.
• Exceptional negotiation abilities coupled with strong relationship-management skills.
• Possession of a proactive "hunter" mentality, focused on delivering tangible sales results and business growth.
