Mada Properties | KSA is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to driving sales performance and expanding market presence within the real estate sector.

Role Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities, from strategic planning to execution, ensuring the consistent achievement of sales targets. This role involves direct leadership of sales teams, active engagement in customer relations, and negotiation of contracts to drive business growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day sales operations and activities.
Lead, mentor, and develop sales teams to optimize performance and achieve objectives.
Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Achieve established sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Engage directly with customers, building strong relationships and facilitating sales.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
Collaborate with other internal departments to support and drive business growth initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

Must be a Saudi national.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Prior experience in the real estate sector is preferred.
Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to perform effectively and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a proactive approach and consistent engagement within the company's dynamic operational framework.
